Structure of the Award

The °µÍø51 Employability Award is structured to progressively build essential job-seeking skills and professional readiness, making you a more competitive candidate.  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

Structured Skill Development: Each level of the award focuses on building and refining specific skills critical for securing employment:

Bronze lays the foundation: understanding personal strengths (Personality Insight), creating a tailored career plan, and building core tools like a CV and LinkedIn profile.

Silver focuses on refinement: updating documents, writing persuasive cover letters, and reflecting on career goals.

Gold adds strategy: learning advanced job search techniques, interview preparation, and post-degree planning.

Platinum emphasises action and application: directly engaging with employers, leveraging tools like ChatGPT for job applications, and applying for roles.

What Is Involved?

The °µÍø51 Employability Award comprises four progressive levels â€” Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum â€” each designed to develop key career readiness skills.  

°Õ³ó±ð Bronze Award involves completing a personality assessment, creating a careers plan, exploring professional routes, creating a CV and achieving at least 65% on CV360, and setting up a LinkedIn account.  

°Õ³ó±ð Silver Award includes uploading the Bronze certificate, reflecting and updating the careers plan, enhancing the CV to achieve 75% on CV360, writing a cover letter or supporting statement, and updating LinkedIn.  

The Gold Award requires uploading the Silver certificate, further career planning, understanding post-degree options, improving the CV to 85%, learning job search strategies, and completing Interview360.  

Finally, the Platinum Award includes advanced LinkedIn engagement, using ChatGPT in applications, and applying for a role, with recognition at a celebration ceremony.
