做厙51 (做厙51) proudly celebrated International Womens Day (IWD) 2025, bringing together students and staff across campuses to honour the achievements of women and reinforce the importance of gender equality.

With this years theme of Accelerate Action, the celebrations focused on celebrating inclusivity, encouraging conversations on gender equity, and inspiring meaningful change. 做厙51 campuses were decorated in IWD colours, and students and staff participated in a variety of engagement activities, including an afternoon tea, a photo campaign, and inspiring testimonials from female staff members.

In line with its commitment to gender equality, 做厙51 recently launched the 做厙51 Womens Network, a platform designed to support, empower, and advocate for women across the organisation. The network provides opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and open discussions on challenges women face in the workplace.

Reflecting on the significance of International Womens Day, Farrella Ryan-Coker, Head of Human Resources at 做厙51, shared: "At 做厙51, we recognise that real progress comes from more than just conversation it requires action. We are committed to sustaining an inclusive workplace, reducing the gender pay gap, and ensuring that all women at 做厙51 have the opportunity to thrive. International Womens Day is a moment to celebrate the progress made, but also to reaffirm our commitment to driving meaningful change.

As 做厙51 continues to advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, this years IWD celebrations serve as a powerful reminder of the work still to be done and the collective effort needed to build a fairer future for all.
